How do I get access?
Create a VOIPSVS account and contact our team to enable phone-system access and arrange a compatible inbound number.
Can different extensions ring different SIP accounts?
Yes. Assign SIP users in your account to extensions, then use those extensions in your ringing or keypad menu settings.
Can I review changes before callers hear them?
Save your draft and review the call-flow preview before activating it. Activation applies the new configuration to incoming calls for the selected number.
Do I need a number first?
You need an assigned inbound DID to receive external calls. Browse available numbers from your account and request a quote.
Is this an AI receptionist?
This service follows the greetings, keypad options and ringing rules you configure. It does not autonomously hold conversations or carry out business tasks.
